We are delighted to share that Anjali Iyer, Associate Principal at TheMathCompany, is featured in this year’s list of honorees for the Women in AI Leadership Awards by Analytics India Magazine (AIM). The award recognizes the most influential women technology leaders in India who have demonstrated experience in leading innovation, played a key role in using technology as a driver for growth, and added business value to become leaders and role models in the industry.  

Anjali's commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for her clients, as well as her passion for nurturing women leaders and cultivating a safe workplace environment, have established her as a formidable force. She plays an integral role in managing TheMathCompany's management training program and the Women’s ERG cell to support and amplify the contributions of women. Furthermore, she holds a central position in the organization’s DE&I council, where she formulates best practices and policies to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.  

On March 16th, Anjali received the award at The Rising, India’s biggest women in tech conference, in the presence of eminent market leaders and industry experts. One of the key highlights of the conference was the conversation on the gender imbalance that exists in the industry and the vital steps that can be taken to increase women's participation in tech and help them thrive in leadership roles.
